8.33% of Annual Gross Salary for Junior Level Management, 10% of Annual Gross Salary for middle level management, 12% of Annual Gross Salary for Senior Level Management.
The terms Compensation package (CTC) shall be deemed to include Basic , Annual wage supplements, ESI, Employer, Employees contribution to PF, Employer and/ or employees contribution to Gratuity & Super Annuation.
Should the candidate resign or leave the Organization on his own accord within 3 months from the date of joining employeement then RB Technologies will provide on free one time replacement within a reasonable time frame at no additional cost. This is only applicable. If the candidates leaving is not due to the clients breach of employeement contract.
Payments are payable within 30 days from the date of joining employeement of the successful candidates.
The client will pay Service tax as per the rates determined by the Governament of India.
